1. Provider and scope
Your contract is with Gurbet eSIM, owner Muhammed Akbas, Bremsberg 12, 59229 Ahlen, Germany. These terms apply to digital eSIM products.
2. Product
Digital eSIM profiles/access details are supplied for mobile data in the stated destination. No physical SIM is shipped. Network service is provided through technical eSIM and mobile network partners.
3. Product and network information
The product page governs destination, data allowance, validity, activation and fair-use rules. Speed, 4G/5G availability and coverage depend on device, location, partner network and network load.
4. Contract formation and multiple purchases
The product display invites an order. The customer selects a plan, confirms the required notices and completes payment through Stripe. The contract is formed when payment is confirmed and the order is accepted/eSIM is provided. If a Serbia package is added in the Turkey checkout, the single payment includes a separate Turkey eSIM profile and a separate Serbia eSIM profile. Each profile is delivered by email with its own order number and QR code.
5. Prices and payment
The displayed final price applies. Where section 19 UStG applies, VAT is not shown separately. Available payment methods are displayed by Stripe.
6. Digital delivery
The eSIM is sent to the supplied email address as a QR code, installation link or manual details. The customer must provide a correct email and check spam folders.
7. Compatibility and customer duties
The customer must check eSIM support, absence of a SIM lock and destination suitability before purchase. Installation normally requires internet access. QR codes must not be shared or reused contrary to technical instructions.
8. Activation, validity and fair use
Validity begins as described on the product page/eSIM profile, often upon first connection to a supported network. Unlimited plans may include fair-use limits or speed reductions.
9. Promotions, vouchers and refer a friend
A customer with a successfully paid Gurbet eSIM order may share their personal referral link. Each referred new customer receives a one-time €2.50 discount on orders of €9.99 or more.
For every successfully paid and fulfilled referred order, the referrer receives a personal €2.50 voucher for a later order of €9.99 or more. Each voucher is valid for one year and can be redeemed once. No more than one voucher may be used per order. Combining discounts, cash payment, transfer, sale, self-referrals and misuse are excluded.
9a. Loyalty bonus and email consent
Participation is optional and is not required to buy. After selecting marketing consent, a confirmation email is sent first (double opt-in). Only after confirmation does the customer receive a personal 10% code for a later order of at least €9.99. The code is valid for one year, single-use, non-transferable and cannot be combined with referral, credit or other discount codes. Only one voucher may be used per order. Marketing consent may be withdrawn at any time for the future.
10. Statutory rights for digital products
Consumers retain statutory remedies for failure to supply or non-conformity of digital products, including cure, termination, price reduction and damages where applicable.
11. Withdrawal
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal; see the withdrawal information. Since 19 June 2026, withdrawal can also be submitted through “Withdraw from contract”. The right expires only under the applicable statutory conditions.
12. Voluntary refunds
Outside statutory claims, refunds are assessed case by case. Statutory withdrawal and conformity rights remain unaffected.
13. Liability
Liability is unlimited for intent, gross negligence, injury to life, body or health and mandatory law. For slight negligence regarding essential duties, liability is limited to foreseeable typical damage.
14. Dispute resolution
We are neither obliged nor willing to participate in consumer arbitration.
14a. Google Maps content
Current reviews, aggregate ratings and author information displayed on the website may originate from Google Maps or Google Places API. This third-party content is additionally subject to the Google Maps Platform Terms and Google’s user-generated content policies. The version available through the respective Google Maps source link is authoritative. Gurbet eSIM does not adopt third-party review text as its own statement and does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of Google’s service. Statutory rights against Gurbet eSIM remain unaffected.
15. Law
German law applies, without affecting mandatory protection in the consumer’s country of habitual residence.
