Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The period is fourteen days from conclusion of the contract.
How to withdraw
Send a clear statement to Gurbet eSIM, owner Muhammed Akbas, Bremsberg 12, 59229 Ahlen, Germany, info@gurbetesim.de, or use the electronic function:
When the electronic function is used, an immediate electronic acknowledgement containing the statement, date and time is provided.
Effects
Where withdrawal is valid, payments received are reimbursed without undue delay and no later than fourteen days after receipt of the withdrawal statement, normally using the same payment method.
Digital content and services
For digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, the right may expire only where statutory requirements are met, including express prior consent to begin early, acknowledgement of the possible loss and the required contract confirmation. For services, the right generally expires only after full performance and under the statutory conditions. Statutory conformity rights remain unaffected.
